If there is ever a problem, question, or comment, please let me know. Most Birdhouses are distressed for an aged effect. The paints are all outdoor paints, and the nails and screws are all galvanized for long life.

Cedar - almost exclusively.

Yes, the bases can be unscrewed for cleaning.
